Basketball Recap: Desert View Jaguars vs. Pueblo Warriors
If Desert View was riding high fresh off their 77-16 takedown of Catalina last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Desert View Jaguars took a 66-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pueblo Warriors on Thursday. The Jaguars haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

When it comes to explaining why Desert View lost, don't look at Luis Felix. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 18 points and 13 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Felix a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Aiden Beavers, who posted eight points in addition to five assists and four steals.
