Basketball Recap: Springfield Christian Academy Drops Season-High Score on Juniata Christian

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Springfield Christian Academy). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Juniata Christian Eagles 57-20. Springfield Christian Academy has beaten Juniata Christian the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Juniata Christian has come to flipping the script.

Springfield Christian Academy found their leader in sophomore Kaylin Zettel, who posted 19 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Zettel has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Colbie Combs, who scored ten points.

Springfield Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Juniata Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Springfield Christian Academy nor Juniata Christian have any future games scheduled.
