Volleyball Recap: Carroll Turns Things Around After Road Loss + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Carroll, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wayne Warriors on Monday. That's more bragging rights for the Patriots, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Carroll walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-18, 25-20.

Claire Clemens had a dynamite game, getting eight digs and seven aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September.

Clemens wasn't the only good servers: Carroll was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 17 aces. The Patriots are 9-3 when they serve at least ten aces.

Carroll pushed their record up to 10-10 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Wayne, their loss dropped their record down to 4-13.

Coming up, Carroll will square off against Wilmington at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wayne, they will take on Springboro at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
