Basketball Recap: Five Straight Home Wins for Springville

Springville won the last time they faced Calamus-Wheatland and things went their way on Friday too. The Springville Orioles came out on top against the Calamus-Wheatland Warriors by a score of 61-54. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Orioles.

Springville's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-6. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.6 points over those games. As for Calamus-Wheatland, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.
