Aliso Niguel took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Corona Panthers 50-0. The win continues a trend for the Wolverines in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won three in a row.

Aliso Niguel didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off five passes before the game was over. Jillian Kirtland led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by herself.

Corona's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Aliso Niguel didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 13-6 victory against Long Beach Poly on the 15th. As for Corona, they have also already played their next contest, a 13-7 win against Colony on the 18th.
