Volleyball Recap: Clinton Takes a Loss

Clinton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Newcastle Racers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Red Tornadoes of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Clinton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Newcastle, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Coincidentally, Clinton and Newcastle will both be playing Blanchard the next time they take the court. The Red Tornadoes will host the Lions at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Racers will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
