Three Rivers lost against Edwardsburg back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Eddies. The Wildcats' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-15, 25-8.

Dani Glass paced Three Rivers' offense, picking up six kills. Glass got some help from Miley Southland and her 15 assists. Southland was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Three Rivers' defeat dropped their record down to 22-12-3. As for Edwardsburg, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 25-8.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Three Rivers will challenge rival Paw Paw at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Edwardsburg is set to take on their familiar foe Vicksburg at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
