Portland Razo made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Ella Schellinkhout, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.
Nelson couldn't beat Sherwood on Wednesday even though they stacked four runs on them in the fifth inning. Nelson came up short against Sherwood, falling 16-6. Nelson hasn't had much luck with Sherwood recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.
