Volleyball Recap: Prairie Heights' Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

With a playoff win on the line, Prairie Heights rose to the challenge on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Central Noble Cougars. The victory was familiar territory for the Panthers, who have now won three matches in a row.

Kinley Yoder paced Prairie Heights' offense, picking up eight kills. Yoder got some help from Bailey DeLancey and her 27 assists. DeLancey also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Addison Wells, each putting up three.

Prairie Heights' win bumped their record up to 8-21. As for Central Noble, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-22 record this season.

Prairie Heights didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Lakeland on the 18th. Central Noble does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
