Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bernie). They put the hurt on the Woodland Cardinals with a sharp 25-1 victory on Saturday. The Mules might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 games by eight runs or more this season.

Bernie has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Woodland, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-6.

Bernie didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 16-0 victory against Ellington on the 14th. As for Woodland, they have also already played their next game, a 14-4 win against Advance on the 15th.
