Recap: Clinch County Panthers vs. Charlton County Indians
The Clinch County Panthers entered their tilt with the Charlton County Indians with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. Clinch County blew past Charlton County 31-6. The result was nothing new for Clinch County, who have now won six games by 21 points or more so far this season.
Clinch County was led to victory by Jeremy Bell and Aaron Bryant. Bell gained 152 total yards and two touchdowns, while Bryant rushed for 185 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. Bell was no stranger to the big play, connecting with a big catch that went for 68 yards.
Clinch County's victory was their 11th straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 9-1. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 26.18 points. As for Charlton County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clinch County will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on McIntosh County Academy at 7:30 p.m. on November 10th. As for Charlton County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lanier County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
