Football Game Preview: Arkansas Razorbacks vs. Camden Fairview Cardinals

The Arkansas Razorbacks will face off against the Camden Fairview Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Arkansas is looking for their season's first victory.

Arkansas' offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Magnolia on Friday. They took a blow against the Panthers, falling 36-0.

Meanwhile, Camden Fairview faced Lakeside in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Cardinals took a 33-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rams. Despite 88 more yards than the Rams, the Cardinals couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Arkansas will have to keep a close watch on Dayton Browning and Brodie Dow, a pair of players who had a big impact on Camden Fairview's prior game. Browning gained 207 total yards and two touchdowns, while Dow threw for 369 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 12.3 yards per attempt. 86 of those passing yards were hauled in by Jymauri Utsey, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Camden Fairview's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Arkansas, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Arkansas was dealt a bruising 68-24 loss at the hands of Camden Fairview in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Razorbacks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
