 Palm Beach Gardens is 6-0 against Suncoast since March of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Monday. The Palm Beach Gardens Gators will be playing in front of their home fans against the Suncoast Chargers at 7:00  p.m. Palm Beach Gardens is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 10.1  runs per game this season.
 Last Wednesday,  it was close, but  Palm Beach Gardens sidestepped Seminole Ridge for  a  3-2 win.
  Sydney Shaffer tossed a big game,   not allowing a single  earned run while striking out nine over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Victoria Scott and  Holly Frankl did most of the damage at the plate:  Scott  scored a  run while going 2-for-3, while  Frankl  went 2-for-3 with a  triple, a  double,  and  an  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Madison Quinn, who  went 1-for-3 with a  triple and a  run.
 Meanwhile, Suncoast fell victim to Jupiter and their airtight pitching crew  on Wednesday. They wound up on the wrong side of a  tough 10-0 walloping at the hands of the Warriors. Suncoast has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Palm Beach Gardens pushed their record up to 10-2 with that  victory, which was their third straight  at home. As for Suncoast, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
Suncoast's pitching crew has a tough task ahead of them:  Palm Beach Gardens hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .383. It's a different story for Suncoast, though, as  they've  only  averaged .202. Will they be able to contain Palm Beach Gardens' hitters?
