The Lions have beaten the Panthers the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Panthers has come to flipping the script.

GVCS Broadfording pushed their record up to 8-6 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Hancock, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

GVCS Broadfording wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 18-8 defeat against Musselman on the 23rd. As for Hancock, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 10-4 loss against Southern on the 24th.
