Hamlin had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Redfield Pheasants with a sharp 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Chargers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Hamlin was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-12, 25-15.

Despite the loss, Redfield saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Katryn Evans had 12 digs. Evans has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last three times she's played.

Hamlin's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Redfield, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season.

Hamlin will venture away from home to take on Sioux Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Redfield, they will be taking part in a tournament against Groton at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
