Volleyball Recap: Bear Creek Comes Up Short

Bear Creek lost against Edison back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bruins came up short against the Vikings, falling 3-0. The Bruins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Bear Creek was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Edison work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 28-26, 25-16.

When it comes to explaining why Bear Creek lost, don't look at Brianna Kelly. Despite the final result, she had 18 digs.

Bear Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Edison, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-7.

Bear Creek wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Franklin on the 15th. As for Edison, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Weston Ranch on the 15th.
