Malvern entered their tilt with Bishop Rosecrans on Tuesday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They claimed a resounding 78-44 victory over the Bishop Rosecrans Bishops. The Hornets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bishops, too.

Bishop Rosecrans' loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Tyler Bernett, who went 7 of 16 to rack up 17 points and five boards, and Brody Boothe, who went 5 for 10 on his way to 15 points. Another player making a difference was Owen Lambert, who posted six points.

Malvern pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.4 points over those games. As for Bishop Rosecrans, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-6.

Coming up, Malvern will be playing at home against Shenandoah at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Malvern knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Shenandoah likes a good challenge. Bishop Rosecrans does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
