Santiago and Bernstein squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Santiago had to settle for second. They took a 56-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bernstein Dragons. The Cavaliers' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Santiago's defeat dropped their record down to 22-12. As for Bernstein, the win was the 17th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 27-2.

Santiago does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bernstein, they will venture away from home to take on Poly at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Poly has won seven straight at home, while Bernstein won eight straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
