Sacred Heart-Griffin had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They came out on top against the Williamsville Bullets by a score of 2-0. For the Cyclones, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Bullets walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Sacred Heart-Griffin never let Williamsville on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-22.

MacKenzie Payton paced Sacred Heart-Griffin's offense, picking up eight kills. Payton got some help from Addison Brown and her 19 assists.

Sacred Heart-Griffin's victory bumped their record up to 21-13. As for Williamsville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-13.

Coming up, Sacred Heart-Griffin will challenge Jacksonville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Williamsville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
