Cromwell is 10-0 against Cook County since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. Having just played yesterday, the Cromwell Cardinals will get right back to it and host the Cook County Vikings at 4:45 p.m. The timing is sure in Cromwell's favor as the team sits on nine straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Cook County has been banged up by nine consecutive losses on the road.

On Thursday, Cromwell ended up a good deal behind Mountain Iron-Buhl and lost 53-37. The match marked the Cardinals' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Cook County came up short against Kelley last Thursday and fell 47-39.

Cook County's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Cromwell, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-3.

Everything came up roses for Cromwell against Cook County in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 79-24 win. Will Cromwell repeat their success, or does Cook County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
