The Morgantown Mohigans will take on the Parkersburg South Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Morgantown's defense has only allowed 11.9 points per game this season, so Parkersburg South's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Morgantown is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of West Virginia's top teams: Martinsburg, who was ranked third at the time (Morgantown was ranked fifth). The Mohigans were dealt a 34-6 defeat at the hands of the Bulldogs on Friday. The Mohigans have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Parkersburg South). They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 49-21 win over Hurricane. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Patriots.

Having lost for the first time this season, Morgantown fell to 6-1. As for Parkersburg South, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.
