Volleyball Recap: Ross' Victory on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Five

Ross came tearing into Wednesday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Woodward Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Ross was: they took every set by at least 17 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-3, 25-8, 25-4.

Ross was led to victory by Alexis Wyant and Addy Stoeppel. Wyant had five aces, while Stoeppel had three aces. Those three aces gave Stoeppel a new career-high.

They weren't the only good servers: Ross was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 27 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 14 consecutive matchups.

Ross' victory bumped their record up to 21-2. As for Woodward, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
