Soccer Game Preview: Central vs. Nixa

Central hasn't had much luck against Nixa recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will host the Eagles at 6:45 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Central's offense. They came up short against Ozark on Thursday, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, Central can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked 119th, while Ozark are ranked 31st).

Meanwhile, Nixa also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 3-0 to Howell Central on Saturday.

Nixa's loss dropped their record down to 14-3. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-5.
