Soccer Game Preview: George Washington vs. Northfield

While George Washington's victory against Vista PEAK Prep wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Patriots' defense stepped up to hand the Bison a 1-0 shutout on Tuesday. Jaidyn Garcia had the honor of scoring the game-winner for George Washington.

Meanwhile, Northfield strolled into their game on Tuesday with an undefeated record and they left with the same. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over Rangeview. Give Northfield's defense some credit: that's the team's fifth straight shutout.

Northfield's win bumped their record up to 5-0-2. As for George Washington, the victory got them back to even at 4-4-1.
