            Destiny Christian has gone  a perfect 8-0 against Sunrise Christian Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Tuesday. The Wildcats will be playing at home against the Buffaloes  at 4:00  p.m. Destiny Christian is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.
Destiny Christian's pitching crew heads into the  match  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Saturday. Everything went their way against Life Prep as they made off with  an  18-0 win. Considering the Wildcats have won eight games by more than seven  runs this season, Saturday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Zoey Landers made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out seven batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in five consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances. She also put up a  home run, which was her first of the season.

 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Cienna Davis, who  scored three  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances. She has been hot, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last six times she's  played.  Lily McCutchan was another key player,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances.
 Destiny Christian  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .840. The last time their  OBP was this high was  back in March of 2024.
 Meanwhile, Sunrise Christian Academy didn't have quite enough to beat Jefferson County North on Monday and fell  10-9. The Buffaloes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Destiny Christian's victory was  their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 13-0. Those  home  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 17.0 runs over those games. As for Sunrise Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
 Everything went Destiny Christian's way against Sunrise Christian Academy in their previous meeting  back in March of 2024, as Destiny Christian made off with  a  16-2 victory.
