Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mesquite). They were the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over the Skyline Raiders on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Skeeters in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won seven in a row.

Mesquite's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Skyline, they dropped their record down to 4-14 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Mesquite will face off against Lancaster at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Mesquite is facing Lancaster at the right time seeing as Lancaster is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Skyline, they will head out on the road to face off against Waxahachie at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
