Buhler got themselves on the board against El Dorado on Monday, but El Dorado never followed suit. They skirted past the Wildcats 1-0. Those one runs were actually the fewest the Crusaders have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Buhler's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-3. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games. As for El Dorado, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Coming up, Buhler will square off against Clay Center at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Crusaders surely won't give up without a fight. As for El Dorado, they will take on Augusta at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats are facing the Orioles at the right time seeing as the Orioles are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
