Basketball Recap: Lebanon Find Success

Perry Meridian came into Thursday's matchup looking for another win against Lebanon, but Claire Boling wouldn't allow it. The Lebanon Tigers blew past the Perry Meridian Falcons 48-22 on Thursday thanks in part to Boling, who went 7 of 12 on her way to 18 points in addition to seven boards and five steals. She is becoming a predictor of Lebanon's success: when she posts at least five steals the team is 6-3 (and 1-3 when she doesn't).

Lebanon now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Perry Meridian, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.

Lebanon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 54-48 defeat against Evansville North on the 27th. Perry Meridian has also already played their next contest, a 46-40 loss against Lowell on the 27th.
