Leadership Academy had to skate by with only a one-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 42-point drubbing they dealt Trinity on Wednesday. The Falcons blew past the Bulldogs 58-16. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Leadership Academy had a senior duo take command as Graham Hronich went 5-for-9 on his way to 15 points and five steals and Walt Martin shot 60% from the field en route to 14 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Caden Ryker, who posted seven points along with five assists and five rebounds.

Leadership Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Trinity, their defeat was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Leadership Academy will head out to face off against College Prep & Leadership Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Trinity, they will be playing at home against Asheboro at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
