Lucas Weber Dazzles in Heritage Victory
Starting off the list is Heritage's Lucas Weber, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Weber rushed for 76 yards and a touchdown. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 55 yards.
The victory was the third in a row for Heritage, bringing their record for this year to 7-1. Weber's next game is against Jay County on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid effort.

DREW FLEEK's big game helped extend Woodlan's winning streak to four on Friday. South Adams had no answer to FLEEK as he rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown. FLEEK's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 134 rushing yards.
Woodlan's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-3. FLEEK and Woodlan will square off against Adams Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

ASHTIN JACQUAY's Rushing Yards a New Career-High
ASHTIN JACQUAY posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign : he rushed for 68 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 50 yards.
