Soccer Game Preview: Hickory Ridge vs. West Cabarrus + How To Watch

The Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls will head out to challenge the West Cabarrus Wolverines at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

On Thursday, Hickory Ridge got the win against Harding University by a conclusive 4-1. Given Hickory Ridge's advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 49th, while Harding University are ranked 425th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hickory Ridge hit Harding University with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Santiago Sandoval, Brady Golden, Tyler Russin, and Thasvin Saravanan.

Meanwhile, West Cabarrus had already won 18 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.9 goals) and they went ahead and made it 19 on Thursday. They never let the Vikings get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory.

Hickory Ridge's record is now 13-3-2. As for West Cabarrus, their record now sits at 20-1.
