Nanih Waiya came tearing into  Thursday's  game with four straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by  an  11-3 margin over the French Camp Academy Panthers. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 Addison Price made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run while striking out six over seven innings pitched. Furthermore,  she didn't allow a single  earned run, the first time  she has blanked an opponent since back in February. She was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-5 with one  double and one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Emmalena Cotton was  incredible,  going 2-for-5 with four  RBI, one  triple,  and one  run. Those  four  RBI gave  her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Adalynn Snow, who  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with three  runs and one  triple.
Nanih Waiya pushed their record up to 8-9 with the  win, which was their fifth straight  on the road. The  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for French Camp Academy, their loss  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 4-8.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nanih Waiya will host Noxapater  at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for French Camp Academy,  a feisty cat fight will be fought as French Camp Academy Panthers  take on  Ethel Tigers at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
