Northeast has gone a perfect 8-0 against Gibbs recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Vikings will venture away from home to take on the Gladiators at 8:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

While Northeast's win against Seminole wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Vikings' defense stepped up to hand the Warhawks a 1-0 shutout on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for Northeast in their matchups with Seminole: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Gibbs was forced to settle for a draw. They and Dunedin finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw on Tuesday.

With that draw, Gibbs' record moves to 2-1-1. As for Northeast, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Everything went Northeast's way against Gibbs in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as Northeast made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Vikings since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
