Newburg fell victim to Belle and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 15-0. The Wolves haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Newburg's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Belle, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Newburg will take on Plato at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Belle, they have already played their next match, a 4-3 win against Conway on the 28th.
