Kennedy is 9-0-1 against Delphian since December of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Kennedy Trojans just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Delphian Dragons at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

On Wednesday, Kennedy took a blow against Western Christian, falling 96-41. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Pioneers recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Meanwhile, Delphian had to suffer through a 74-45 loss at the hands of Salem Academy. While losing is never fun, the Dragons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 209th, while the Crusaders are ranked 94th).

Delphian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Kennedy, their loss dropped their record down to 9-13.

Kennedy was able to grind out a solid victory over Delphian when the teams last played back in January, winning 71-64. The rematch might be a little tougher for Kennedy since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
