Baseball Recap: Highland Comes Up Short

Highland entered their matchup against Park City on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Rams fell just short of the Miners by a score of 2-1. The contest marked the Rams' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Highland saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isaac Rodriguez, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.

The loss was their first at home, dropping their record down to 10-12. As for Park City, their record is now an identical 10-12.

While Highland had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
