Soccer Game Preview: St. Clair vs. Chippewa Valley + Official Tickets

The St. Clair Saints are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on the Chippewa Valley Big Reds at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

St. Clair is leaving town to face Chippewa Valley after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. The Saints came up short against Romeo two weeks ago, falling 4-1.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Chippewa Valley's offense. They lost 4-0 to Romeo last Wednesday. Chippewa Valley haven't had much luck with Romeo recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Everything went St. Clair's way against Chippewa Valley when the teams last played back in May of 2025, as St. Clair made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Saints since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
