Softball Recap: Muhlenberg Comes Up Short

If Muhlenberg was riding high fresh off their 19-3 takedown of Reading on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Muhls fell 13-8 to the Tulpehocken Trojans on Thursday. The Muhls were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Kaylee Jablonski made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two doubles.

Muhlenberg's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Tulpehocken, they moved to 6-4 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Muhlenberg will welcome Conrad Weiser at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Tulpehocken, they will take on Wyomissing at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
