Box Elder has won ten straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Clearfield has won ten straight on the road also dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much  on Friday. The Bees will welcome the Falcons  at 3:30  p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Box Elder is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have   all season. Everything went their way against Roy on Thursday as they made off with  a  24-1 win. The Bees have beaten the Royals the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Royals has come to flipping the script.
 Lucy Braegger looked comfortable as she  struck out seven batters over  four innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent  recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive appearances.
 At the plate,  Kailee Hall was a standout: she scored four  runs and  stole three bases while going 3-for-4. What's more,  she posted three  RBI, the most she's  had since back in March. Another player making a difference was  Jenna Marble, who  went 3-for-4 with three  runs, four  RBI,  and two  doubles.
Meanwhile, Clearfield made easy work of Northridge  on Thursday and carried off  a  14-3 victory.
 Jenna Lloyd made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she  struck out six batters over  six innings while giving up  three earned runs off   nine  hits. Lloyd was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances.
 In other batting news, Clearfield got a  massive  performance out of  Abbie Hale, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances.  Lyla Leonhardt was another key player,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances.
 Clearfield was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .429. They are 7-1 when  they post a batting average of .375 or better.
 Clearfield has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record  this season. Those  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average over those games. As for Box Elder, their victory bumped their record up to 14-2.
 Box Elder took their  win against Clearfield  in their previous matchup  back in April of 2024 by a conclusive  10-0 score. Do  the Bees have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Falcons turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
