Basketball Game Preview: West Warwick Wizards vs. North Smithfield Northmen

The West Warwick Wizards will challenge the North Smithfield Northmen at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Last Wednesday, West Warwick came up short against Cranston West and fell 64-56. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Monday (55), the Wizards still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, North Smithfield ended up a good deal behind Smithfield on Thursday and lost 42-27. The matchup marked the Northmen's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for North Smithfield and nudges their season record down to 4-3. As for West Warwick, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
