Basketball Recap: St. Stephen's Episcopal Takes a Loss

St. Stephen's Episcopal suffered their biggest loss since December 14, 2024 on Saturday. They were outmatched by the Episcopal School of Dallas Eagles and fell 71-37. If the Spartans were looking for revenge after losing 64-41 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

St. Stephen's Episcopal's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-11. As for Episcopal School of Dallas, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-13 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Stephen's Episcopal will take on Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Episcopal School of Dallas, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Episcopal School of Dallas Eagles take on the Oakridge Owls at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Episcopal School of Dallas is facing Oakridge at the right time seeing as Oakridge is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
