Football Recap: Pomona Victorious + How To Watch

Pomona won the last time they faced Roosevelt and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Roughriders by a score of 23-15. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Tucker Ingersoll threw for 112 yards and one touchdown. Jaydon Molina was his top target, picking up 51 receiving yards and one score. On the ground, Emmitt Munson rushed for 63 yards and one TD.

Roosevelt's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jasiah Ramirez, who threw for 157 yards and a pair of TDs.

Pomona's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Roosevelt, they dropped their record down to 3-3 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Pomona wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 27-13 victory against Severance on the 16th. As for Roosevelt, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Fort Morgan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
