Basketball Recap: Cumberland Christian Home Educators Hawks vs. Casey County Rebels
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Williamsburg, Cumberland Christian Home Educators was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They managed a 57-52 victory over the Casey County Rebels.
Cumberland Christian Home Educators found their leader in sophomore Gabe Coleman, who posted 14 points along with six boards and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Drew, who had nine points in addition to seven rebounds and five assists.
Cumberland Christian Home Educators' win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Casey County, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.
