Volleyball Recap: Mt. Carmel's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Thursday

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Mt. Carmel can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Archbishop Chapelle Chipmunks on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cubs have suffered since November 15, 2024.

Avah Gilchrist was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 18 digs. That's the most digs she has posted over her last nine matchups.
