Basketball Recap: Jackson's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Jackson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 57-42 fall against the Logan Chieftains. The Ironman/Ironladies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Chieftains apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February.

Logan got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Makenzie Daubenmire out in front who dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Ryann Landis, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 12 boards.

Jackson's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 0-3.

Jackson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 49-30 defeat against Miami Trace on the 4th. As for Logan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 46-39 loss against Teays Valley on the 3rd.
