Basketball Recap: Orange County Takes a Loss

Orange County has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They had to suffer through a 73-46 loss at the hands of the Western Albemarle Warriors. The Fighting Hornets were not able to make up for their loss to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Orange County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Western Albemarle, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

Orange County will welcome Goochland at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Western Albemarle, they are taking a road trip to challenge Charlottesville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
