Adrian posted their closest win since April 23rd on Tuesday. They skirted past the Dexter Dreadnaughts 2-1. The Maples haven't had any issues with the Dreadnaughts recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Adrian had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-14, 15-11.

Adrian's win bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Dexter, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Adrian is set to challenge their familiar foe Saline at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Dexter will square off against rival Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
