Basketball Recap: Eastside Falls Despite Big Games from Jamir Devereaux and Kenneth Harris

Eastside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 61-37 to the Woodrow Wilson Bruins.

Eastside's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Kenneth Harris, who went 6 of 11 on his way to 13 points in addition to seven boards and four steals, and Jamir Devereaux, who posted five points. Harris has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played.

Even though they lost, Eastside smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in January of 2024.
