After losing to A.C. Reynolds the last time they met, McDowell decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The McDowell Titans came out on top in a nail-biter against the A.C. Reynolds Rockets on Friday, sneaking past 4-2. The four-run effort marked the Titans' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The team relied heavily on Kyson Rinnert, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Keller Bradley, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one RBI.

McDowell now has a winning record of 4-3. As for A.C. Reynolds, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Looking ahead, McDowell will face off against Patton at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. McDowell is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.1 runs per game this season. As for A.C. Reynolds, they will take on T.C. Roberson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. T.C. Roberson's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so A.C. Reynolds' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
