Softball Recap: Greenwood Continues Home Dominance on Thursday

While Greenwood's win against Franklin-Simpson wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Gators had just enough and edged out the Wildcats 8-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Gators have posted against the Wildcats since March 30, 2021.

Greenwood's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 28-7. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games.
